A fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged for cancelled appointments without proper notice.
Cancellations that fall in the following time frames result in no fee;
Hair Cuts: 24hr prior to appointment
Hair Color + Esthetician services: 48hr prior to appointment
Extensions & Smoothing Services: 72hr prior to appointment
NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE(S) BOOKED IN ORDER TO REBOOK.
